The Association for Law, Property & Society is a membership organization for scholars doing interdisciplinary legal scholarship on all aspects of property law and policy including; real, personal, intellectual, intangible, cultural, personal, and other forms of property.
ALPS seeks to encourage dialogue across and among people in many disciplines who are interested in property law, policy, and theory.
The Association’s objectives are:
· To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas;
· To foster critical discussions of new knowledge; and
· To encourage international and interdisciplinary cooperation.
